Pear juice

Ingredients:

1 pear
Large bunch of green grapes
1 grapefruit
1 lemon

Wash and cut all items to fit juicer. (Grapes are fine as is)

This is a really nice and light refreshing juice. Something different and a great one for kids.

Pears are great for your blood pressure, cholesterol and can help with constipation. They also help fight osteoporosis as they contain boron which helps your body store calcium!

The grape are said to be a home remedy for migraines and help your kidneys by reducing the amount of acid stored there.

So surprisingly this simple juice has some great benefits for you! I have it with lunch as its so refreshing.

I’ve been trying to stay cool this summer and juices like this help a lot. I’ve also been making baby foods so I’ve been buying a lot of baby friendly fruit! So why not kill 2 birds with one stone and multitask? Haha.
