Pineapple cooler smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup pineapple chunks
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1 cup coconut water (with pulp)
2 tablespoons agave nectar
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Think of this as a berry piña colada! I used frozen pineapple chunks and frozen blackberries but fresh strawberries. All organic, and wash your fresh produce!

Blend items in your blender! I recommend Real Coconut Water

You can buy with chunks and this will give it an extra coconut taste.

It’s refreshing and will keep you cool this week!

Why do I love fresh juice and smoothies? Because even though you are changing the digestive nature of the produce, it is still closest to its natural form; how nature intended us to eat it. And that ensures the vitamins and nutrients will be easily digested in your system!

Dangerous to our systems are processed foods such as white sugars or flours. Anything that requires such extreme processing can negatively effect your digestive system, causing gas and leading to other illnesses.
You can control what you put in the tank, and although it can be a daunting task to regulate for some, it’s relatively easy to prepare and maintain a healthy eating style that will power your body for years to come. It’s better to maintain your engine with healthy power now, rather than pay for expensive repairs later on. (Like those crazy bills for pills and the doctor)

That is why I always suggest organic fresh and local.
