2 apples (Braeburn or Fiji)
1 grapefruit (ruby)
1/4-1/2 inch ginger (depending on how spicy you like it)
Cut all of the above to fit your juicer and voila!
This juice is super yummy! I made mine with 1/2 inch of ginger, which was pretty spicy.
This juice is a great energizer and good for post or pre workouts. It has a lot of electrolytes from the cucumber, and vitamin c from the citrus. It’s a great immunity drink if you have a cold as well!
This juice is very good for detoxing and contains beta-carotene, folic acid, vitamin c, calcium, potassium, and phosphorus.
The cucumber will produce a surprising amount of juice. Because it has such a high water content, it is a natural diuretic. It’s full of electrolytes.
*choose a firm, dark green veggie.
Ginger is an old herbal remedy for a lot of things, mainly nausea, bloating, colds, inflammation and circulation.
