1/4 cup peaches (about 1 peach)
1 cup cherries pitted
2 large strawberries
1 cup medley of fruits by Ceres
Approximately 1 cup filtered water (more for thinner, less for a thicker smoothie)
It is best to use frozen organic fruit or freeze your own that way the smoothie will be icy cold without needing ice which changes the flavor.
Just combine all the above ingredients into your blender and cool down!
I added water to this smoothie because I didn’t want too much of the fruit medley juice. I wanted more of a cherry taste!
It’s so hot out and my favorite fruits are coming into season. I love a smoothie on a hot day!
